When to book your End of Lease Clean
We highly recommend booking our End of Lease service when nearing the end of your lease and facing an inspection by your rental agent. These inspections are typically very thorough, and end-of-lease cleans can take a lot longer than expected.

What's included in an End of Lease Clean
We have streamlined our move-out cleaning services to be as simple and efficient as possible. Our End of Lease Cleaning service has evolved to generally cover all requirements set by property managers and agents. This comprehensive service includes a detailed cleaning of all general areas, as well as inside drawers, cabinets, and the oven. Additional options, such as window cleaning, steam carpet cleaning, and more, can be selected during booking.

With our bond back guarantee, all general cleaning expected by your agent will be thoroughly addressed. This includes often-overlooked areas such as behind and under fixed furniture (e.g., fridge cavities), high and low skirting boards, ceiling fans throughout the home, grout in showers (excluding floors and walls), range hood filters, and even inside the dishwasher.

Please note that our end of lease cleans include spot cleaning for 2-3 major scuff marks per wall. If you require full wall cleaning, this can be added as an extra service at $25 per wall.

Important things to note
Please note that if your lease is unfurnished, your home must be completely emptied of all furniture and belongings prior to our cleaning service. If the property is still furnished when we arrive for the end-of-lease clean, the bond back guarantee may be voided. This is because moving furniture can displace dust and dirt, and any remaining furniture can hinder the cleaning process.

If your rental property is furnished, this adds an additional layer of complexity to the bond cleaning service. Consequently, our team may need to contact you on the day of the service if more time or work is required beyond the original quote.
